Future of 3^rd World Countries

Before talking about economic situation of 3^rd world countries, it is better to know the concept of “3^rd World Countries” terminology.

The 3^rd World Countries that is one of the most used terminology for a group of African, Latin America, and Asian countries; for the first time it is used in 1952 by a France economist and sociologist Alfred Soy in the culmination of cool war. For the first time it is used for classifying of those countries, which were not involved in any of Political, Military and Economy Block of East and West of that day. Likewise there are many other similar terminologies that explain the same meanings, like: North Countries, Unimproved Countries, Dependent and Correlatives Countries.

However, the concepts of all these terms are indeed explaining the backward countries, but many economists make different between the usages of these terms. As a whole these countries are economically, politically and sociologically dependent to improved or first world countries.

The question raising here is why many countries with a less history like some American Countries could have a better political and economical expansion, whereas many Asian Countries with a huge history (More than thousands years) scrimmage with poverty and depauperation? I think the best answer for this is; now a day all worlds’ improved countries are indebted of 3^rd world countries. And the most important reason for the less improved countries is also these improved countries. Because less improved countries were under the first world countries colonialism for many years. And all their physical and spiritual wealth was spoiled by them.

Therefore some ratiocination and thoughts that perhaps, whatnot country is backward specific years from that improved country, and maybe after those specific years, the backward country will be in the current economical situation of that improved country, it is a fumble idea. Because; maybe it is right, that improved country was in the same place of unimproved country years ago, but they got out from that bad situation by drinking blood of these 3^rd word countries, and by spoiling of resources from unimproved countries so they are fat today. Whereas today’s unimproved countries are not able to use the sources of the improved countries for their own profit. Because these countries are completed under direct and indirect control of first world countries, politically and economically. And by escaping from this dependence they will face with lack of capital and resources in their countries. In that time they will revert to international monetary and credit associations and as these associations are in the hand of those strong countries, so they will be back under the control of improved countries. And from other side the 3^rd world countries are indoctrinated that, they don’t have brain and sense to think or make decision; and they are nothing without helping of first world countries. I think the only thing which they have is their relationship and social system, which unfortunately they are loosing that also.

Today the world has a related economy and all unimproved countries are dependent to the economy and products of improved countries. Because the hugest part of production and technology is in their hands; but the inputs or production sources are in the hand of the 3^rd world countries, because they were not able to use their resources to their production. So like the dependent of 3^rd world countries to the first world countries products, the improved countries are also dependent to unimproved countries.

So like the past decades, which they were assaulting to unimproved countries and were using their sources, they do the same thing in these days also, but by changing the names and policies; like helping, cooperating, and many more. Because in their wanted system (Capitalism), it is execrable to pay a penny in that place which you cannot get more than that. So by this reason, how it is possible to pay and spend billions of dollars without having economical, sociological and millitry aims?

If we pursuit today’s politics, all of those has a root to economy. Because in the system and rules of western countries everything is allowed if the major of them want. And because the money and welfare is their wants, so they will do anything for finding it, even it costs as the price of poor peoples’ life.

As discussed previously, there are many political and economical aims behind any helping of improved countries to unimproved countries. By their helping; sometime they are makeing the demand markets for their products, sometime production factors’ market, sometime by name of expansion of world’s economy, they establish international monetary associations, so that by giving debts to them, they close their mouth and tight there economy’s feet and hands. Because after many years poor countries will not be able to pay money with interests to them.

By this reason, in any international monetary associations like World Bank or International Monetary Fund (IMF), the first world countries have the major votes in their decisions, so by using their vote’s power, they will refuse those decisions that is not for their profit. And then they announce that, this decision is rejected by most. In fact the most which they call is five or six countries, but the less, which they call is more than hundreds countries.

So at the end; my opinion for 3^rd world countries is: they will never see the improvement of their society unless they put their hands together. And if they are waiting for the day, which improved countries make their society that is impossible, because in that case they will lose their international sovereignty in the world.

قبل از آمدنم در دنیا، ترسیده بودم و گفتم در دنیا چه کنم، یکی از ملائک برای من گفت که نترس، زیرا همرای تو در دنیا هم یک ملک می آید. بسیار خوش شدم و به او گفتم که او ملک را در دنیا چگونه پیدا کنم. ملک برایم گفت که تشویش نکن زیرا تو او را نه، بل او تو را می یابد. او را بسیار دوست میداشته باشی، او تو را هم بسیار دوست میداشته باشد و هیچگاهی از پهلوی تو دور نمیشود. او را مادر میگوئی.

خداوندم! مادرم مرا بی کس هیچگاهی رها نکرده است، و مانند ملک نجات دهنده همیشه پهلویم ایستاده است. برایم ترا و آخرت را شناختانده است. تو هم او را در دنیا و آخرت خرسند نگهدار.
